Creamed honey is honey that contains a large number of small crystals, which prevent the formation of larger crystals that can occur in unprocessed honey. Creamed honey also has a smooth spreadable consistency that is amazing on toast, muffins, bagels, or whatever you like to spread it on. (we are not here to judge)
