What is Creamed Honey?
Creamed honey is honey that contains a large number of small crystals, which prevent the formation of larger crystals that can occur in unprocessed honey. Creamed honey also has a smooth spreadable consistency that is amazing on toast, muffins, bagels or whatever you like to spread it on. (we are not here to judge)
We have take our already amazing creamy spreadable creamed honey and kicked it up a notch! Remember as a kid having cinnamon toast? well this is even better. We use "real" Ceylon cinnamon which has a delicate flavor, sweet with subtle notes of clove. Spread it on toast, put it on a bagel or muffin, try it together with peanut butter. experiment and see what you can do with it.
